The town of Shirley owes a debt of gratitude to Mr. Marchetti for his service during this transition.
The townspeople have high hopes and high expectations for the new Chief Administrator. If the towns challenges are going to be solved, Berry needs to mobilize people to stop complaining and start working towards solutions.

No town adminstrator is worth six figures, let the selectmen act as administrators, they are more than able to doso. Let's start saving the taxpayers some money.
