Mill St is not a new idea.
Doesn't anyone recall Calvin bought the Reggio bldg behind his lumber yard in hopes MART and the BoS would take it off his hands at a nice little profit?
But it and the Mill St area were both rejected due to access and size issues and, as Calvin himself pointed out at the meeting, "the sums offered were never high enough."
