stink! He stinks if he thinks he can get out the s--t HE created. He knew what he was doing was wrong, he just thought he wouldn't get caught. Well, surprise, surprise!

This guy should win in a landslide. Finally, a candidate who can relate to the criminal element of San Juan County through first hand experience. Now the thugs will have someone on the inside of the justice system!

You don't know squat!!! 75% of the time Mary's vote is spot on, and that's better than most politicians....
Sorry friend. Mary has no clue whatsoever when it comes to decision making. She likes to disagree simply to disagree and stir the pot. What type of political and financial background does she have to offer the citizens of Farmington? I'll tell you......nothing! She proposed the closing of Farmington Lake after some clown got drunk and drowned. That really makes sense huh? Let's not forget her hypoctitical comments after she lost the mayoral bid. I won't even go there. Her comments have proven time and time again that she is not good for this city and she is a liar!!!

Only Matthew Tso is to blame for his own actions. I agree that this will most likely kill his campaign. Now he can only move forward by learning from this lesson. BE RESPONSIBLE AND REALIZE THAT YOU TRUTH WILL ALWAYS BE UNCOVERED. Politicians today never learn.

Geez, it's funny how this sleeze can even try to attempt to run for office. I know this person and this guy is ALL LIES! First, he is the biggest homosexual sleeze ever, has his site on gay.com . Second, he claims he is ivy-league educated and owns several businesses. Last but not least, I don't think this is the type of person we want in office. Hmm... odd how one can try to manipulate people with his "experience" and "educational" accomplishments...

Well at least his adds can claim he is experienced in dealing with the legal system. That might get him a vote or two.

Not alot of choices here. King really is bad and I would vote for Matthew over a proven bad judge. Matthew is at least intelligent even if he screwed up his hearing date. Not good but still having KING in power, baddddd. He was on the CCSD Board and was horrible sucking up to Besett and Manning very pathetic. Vote TSO just to remove KING!

This is a DOUBLE STANDARD and the cowering whites afraid of more 70s era racism know this story is crap. The DT reports that Mat Tso got arrested but so what! He's just a candidate for mag judge which any joker off the street can run for, you don't need to have a law license. The previous comments about uncle toms are right! Whites in F-town don't wanna talk about the swastika burning culprits who preyed upon a Navajo, that's a black eye on F-town. Better to just run a front page headline talking about a mere candidate getting arrested. Yeah F-town that's your MOdus OpeRandI! But we know ya for you really are. twerps.

Right there in caps is where you "missed the ball", dude.
You want to be a Judge? Apparently the same caliber a Judge Carley. You need some minimum comprehension skills. Bet a dollar to a doughnut you are a Head Start Program graduate.
When you venture away from typical chapter house politics, you need some general knowledge of how the real world works. You can't plead ignorance, go whining to the chapter coordinator, rest on laurels of your military service, cite broken treaties of Navajo history 101 or otherwise be expected to be treated with gloves. This would put you in the class as Judge Charley. It is however apparent that you at least read and write a little. Got that one over her. The real world requires some general comprehension skills. You must of missed school when they talked about that or the teachers lacked the skills themselves to share with you. This was a good exercise for qualifying for a "peacemaker" position. Welcome to the real world. Blame, Blame, blame somebody else. The court didn't have any "obligations", you did. First lesson on how to be a judge.
Uh, it's "must have" NOT "must of". Totally bugged me, sorry, had to be done. Have a good one.=)

Judges are human beings and not God or supernatural. They use the bathroom like everybody else. They are not perfect. I'm not defending them as I have been a defendant many times. It's the defendant's responsibility to take care of a citation or charge, from beginning to end, whether it's guilty, not guilty, or no contest, until the case closes. Some judges are biased, but deny it. In this instance, Mr. Tso should be held to a higher standard, with his goal and ambition of becoming Judge, maybe his sentence will be stiffer.
You're right, Judges are human and so are we. They should also be held to a higher standard and to make sure their office conduct themselves professionally. Equal justice for all. Isn't that the concept we accept? When you say that judges are human then are you saying that we are sub-human? We make mistakes too. Yes, Mr. Tso should be held to a higher standard and with his past experience with the law he shouldn't be running. You all jump the gun as I am not defending nor support his conduct.

No, I never said we are sub-human. The posts are all about slamming judges and people in authoritative positions. Do you feel that low about yourself? That wasn't my insinuation. Sometimes people with degrees or in higher positions seem to think they are entitled, but sometimes they lack in actual life experience. A balance is needed.

This happens all the time. Our court system here is such a joke... like the saying goes "it's not what you know but who". As for the Bloomfield Judge.... the biggest joke around. Serioulsly tweeker moms and kids get away with so much! But go in being a honest person and he will throw the book at you.. Oh ya and NOT let you speak! SO disgusted with our Bloomfield judge.

You are correct. Kirby is the one who sued the County and Judge Charley to get his name back on the ballot.
What you are missing is the fact that they are both shady characters that are not qualified for the positions they are running for and both have criminal records. These records show a total lack of disrespect for our laws and court system. What is their plan????????
