I'd just like to live in a neighborhood where my power and all of my adjacent neighbors' power is out about ten times more often that those who live across the street from us on a different grid. PPL admits to the problem! Have they done anything about it? Probably about the same time our neighborhood gets fiber optic line strung which has been talked about now for longer than I can remember...
