This bill is important to both victims and non victims. I know from personal experience that justice (punishment by the law) should have no time limit or age limit when dealing with child sexual abuse or any abuse for that matter. If passing this bill allows some type of justice then why not pass it no questions asked? The right thing to do is not to debate on what this will do financially to non profit organizations but rather debate on how this will help protect child(not all sadly) but this bill will make these sick rapists think twice and make the ones that cover the abuse think twice on doing the right thing. For example sanduski. And Lynn. Vote yes so some justice may be served...
