Legislature approves police oversight bill
A bill designed to stop problem police officers from moving from department to department won approval from the Legislature Saturday and was sent to the acting governor's desk to sign into law.

It is too little to late for this, people do not trust WV police and with good reason. You can read almost daily of police being accused of civil rights violations and other behavior that would get most put in prison.
Your bill looks a lot like the good ole boy club once again, has the same cast a new name.
If Charleston wants change hand it over to Feds.
Also while your at it outlaw nepotism in all government and civil service jobs within the state of WV.
