I am not saying he is guilty or innocent. There seems to be unanswered questions here. There is resonable doubt and he will get a new trial due to the Judge's ineptness!

Sure hope not, a retrial is a waste of taxpayers $$$. Evidence was indesputable as far as I'm concerned. The streets are safer with Steven Avery right where he is. The judge was not inept, sorry to disagree, our judicial system was dead on with this trial. Go Ken Kratz team and Calumet Co. Sheriff.
