Supposedly the main plaintiff is stupid enough to believe that he will recieve a fair settlement from David. I will believe when I see it. I have spoken with the District Attorney and L.A. P. D. has a new task force for illegal repossesions. The D.M. V. inspector is waiting for you Mark. Why don't you just lean their $50,000.00 bond. You have won. David has not sent me any proof that my car is financed. No paper trail. And I am afraid I have been scammed. If they do not come clean I will gladly picket them with you every day outside thier bussiness adress. I spoke with City Attorney and City Hall and it is legal. We will see if they EVER sell a car again. I am tired of messing with these guys. We need your help Mark. Do not be a sell out. I emailed you three times Please call. Do theright thing.

There is no good faith settlement. Just a token gift that was supposed to be something I could drive while David needed a few days to reconcile with me. Well, the time has come to put the hinges on the door and slam it in their faces. I have trusted David/Hooshang Aiena too many times. This guy actually made almost $40.000.00 profit on a car that he spent ten thousand (aprox) on. I have traced the Auction Price)Staus qou, selling it and reselling it. Im out $30K. They/Cabo/Hooshang/Alex/Gilber t/Sonny resold my car after illegally repossessing it (without proper paperwork with LAPD or following DMV guidelines) Then stole another car we purchased by deceptive practices Then, jacked this other guy whos name is also Mark into buying the car (my Mercedes) knowing the transmission was bad. Then, after recieving a notice from a Santa Barbera detective that called me a year late. He informed me they had my car and it was still registered to me.

Apparently David/Hooshang picked up the car from Santa Barbera and held it hostage for more money with another customer. And now, my Mercedes that has been sold twice has mysteriously ended up in an accident (totalled)and... David?Hooshang is collecting for the third time. A TOTAL SCAM> He will not get away with this however. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! RE the police/DMV/State Attorney,They feel David may be running a criminal outfit.These are facts.

I will be pressing charges. Many counts of fraud. You had your chance Hooshang, that is your real name. At least we know something is real about you. By the way I will also be outside your bussiness picketing soon with friends and other victims alerting media. I do not want you to abuse any one else as I have been abused.

Cabo rocks. Complete redemption I am erasing every negative post. Yhey fixed every complaint, went out of their way to give me a great deal on a 2004 BMW it runs like a clock. Sorry for all negative and mean post I was a bit impetuous and mean. I regret posting these comments that were negative. David/ Hooshang sonny and Alex really know how to treat a customer.Please forgive me Cabo. CABO SOLD MY MOM A CAR! Thats how much I trust them. They really made me happy. Total integrity!

Cabo Auto Center has a new management team I have had nothing but great results buying a car from Cabo auto Center. David Sonny and Alex have been so courteous they were quick to attend to my every need and watched over me and my car like it was one of there children. These post have been way to harsh. You get more bees with honey. I have had every concern of mine attented to by the staff at Cabo Auto Sales. I have complete confidence in Cabo Auto Sales. So much that i just bought another car from Cabo Auto Center. What a deal!.$3k below wholesale, low miles and it runs like a clock. All these other negative post are a time long ago and history To me, the future looks bright for anyone who shops at Cabo Auto Center. Cabo Auto Sales in Canoga Park has pride and integrity. Go there if you want a winning deal on a car.

In as few words as possible, Do not buy a car from these unethical, say anything, cheating, disreputable, liars, Not only are Cabo Auto Center's cars unreliable, it is beyond comprehension that someone like David Hooshang, the owner is still alive and in bussiness. This guy has burned so many hard working citizens. I bought as car from them. It broke in a week. They gave me another car, It was put together fradulently, The warranty was never registered,(intentionally) and when I demanded a refund, they threatened to reposess the car (illegally), Cabo Auto Sales in Canoga Park is the worst car dealer imaginable. I am telling the truth here,I have lost thousands of dollars. i have also been scammed and traumatized by these Hooshbags! I mean dooshbags.

This is the WORST place to do business ever………these people should be in jail nor on sales!
I bought a car that still gives me problems and so more money on it, I paid it all in cash, negotiated the price and gave them 1 week to fix all the problems I’ve found…they said “don’t worry, we got it”….the week later, they not even touched the car, no problems fixed, not even washed.
They sold me a car without the smog check, planned on non operation…..that is FEDERALLY ILLIGAL! What happened is that they gave me the small DMV paper to have on the windshield and told me,” your papers will come”…..after more than 50 days, still no papers yet….so I go to DMV Triple A, I found out what they did and went back there………..”sorry don’t worry, we fix your car, so we pass the smog and we pay for it”, they kept my car 1 night and gave me the dirtiest piece of crap I ever drove, to come back home.
I come back the day after, for magic, the car was ready, light off, ready to go……….well they just switch off the light in the panel because after 24 hrs it when back on……….now I did pass the smog but still I have problems to fix.
These is just a very very short resume of what happened with these smart people , working at CABO AUTO SALES in San Fernando Valley in city of Canoga Park at the corner of Vanowen and De Soto…………. the middle eastern big boss (for some reason never ave on the phone) and the 2 latino guys , the girl, the guys washing cars and the mechanics working there .
I believe and hope they close business real soon because a detailed letter has been sent to the Police and a copy also to the Bureau of Automotive, so they stop to try to f..k people’s money illegally thinking to be so smart………

How do I start a lawsuit against these guys? They keep ignoring my calls and requests. They sold me a car with frame damage history without disclosing it. The car has had problems since day 1!

It is a terrible shame that you wrote than in 2009 and it is now 2012 and i got screwed over too. I let the car get impounded, told them that they could have their car back "as is" just like i did. lol. &%#$ em.

Changing your terms and over charging you and then claiming to sell your contract to another lender is a big ploy. Or Spot financing. Promising you financing through another company .Letting you dive off with your down payment supposedly going to a reputable finance company. Drawing up a contract "just to cover some short term bases" You wil hear staements like "Just come back tomorrow and it will all be ironed out". "take the car we have you financed with Top or Fireside or a credit union..." The whole time stringing you along.They will hold you to an in house contract, Will not refund your money. Jerk you along. Then illegally reposess your car. Cabo Auto Center reposes the car and keep them they re sell some of them many times using the same scam. The list goes on.
I have documentation of many customers criminal and civil complaints, This company has no moral compass what so ever. Drawing out your transaction promising financing when you find out this was never true. You will get your car repossessed, With out the chance to recover it. repossessing cars and reselling them up to three or four times is big money for Cabo.. All illegal.
It is really unfortunate that greed can screw people up so bad that they would stain their children's good name for a buck. Straight in adulterated scam artist and that is a merciful depiction of Cabo Auto Center.. Should be called "Sociopath Auto Sales" because I really feel like they take the criminal mindset and apply it to car sales if you can even call it Sales. Many have been duped. I have spoken with or personally read complaints numbering in the Dozens. You can Go to 'Ripp off Report' or 'Merchant Circle' and read. I hope you have at least a half hour. There going to reap what they have sown for sure. The wind is coming and justice with it David,

Do not buy from these illegitimate people. I stopped by their car lot to potentially buy a BMW and the first thing that came out of "David's" mouth is "do you have cash for a down payment for this vehicle?" That was an immediate red flag for me and left that place a minute after. A legit dealer will never ask for a heavy cash down payment. FUTURE BUYERS BE AWARE AND AVOID THIS PLACE! They will take your hard earn money and leave you stuck with a lemon. I was one of the lucky smart ones to avoid these criminals.
