I agree. Furthermore, I think every single incumbent needs to go...it's time we make a statement to the politicians who don't take responsibilty for their actions, who don't listen to the constituents, who continue to soak us taxpayers with their own self-serving needs, and who are an embarrassment in public as ambassadors of our community. We have been calling Shepherdsville City Hall; the Mayor, MAC the Code Enforcement officer and the councilmembers re: an abandoned car wash on Hwy 44. No one, not one of them, wants to take ownership of the problem and help with a solution. Their response is either it belongs to someone else, I'm real busy with personal issues, or let me get back with you on that. FED UP with the blatant disregard!!!!!!!!!! Their all concerned with their "Title" and their frickin retirement. I guess that's a nice problem to have....SOLVE SOME PROBLEMS, CREATE SOME JOBS, ATTRACT SOME BUSINESS, GIVE OUR KIDS SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE TO DO, BUILD SOME SIDEWALKS, MAKE THIS PLACE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!!! This complacent, don't give a damn I've got my own problems attitude is in the water in Bullitt County. Continued Progress.....give me a break. Efficiency, effective and transparency, I serve you....it's all bull butter. Just a bunch of empty rhetoric with absolutely no substance, but hey, it's what people like to hear. So anyway, I hope everyone else is doing alright.
WOW, What office are you running for, I think you need to seek immediate counseling, there is a church in the middle of town, maybe you should go to confession. Is your life really this miserable. ELECT ME, ELECT ME, ELECT ME........

Yes Time for a change, I agree Roy Welch is a very nice man. He has my whole familys vote. Need to get the old out and bring new in!! Maybe he will put these jerks that are 12,000.00 behind in child support in jail and keep them there... If you have DUIs in Jefferson Co., should you think that person should be a judge anywhere... let alone in Bullitt CO.? There's alot of dirt under that rug, people need to give Roy Welch a try. He sure couldn't be no worse, than the thangie we got now! Which is nothing, but....lol I'll be nice. Roy Welch for alot of people!!!

Who has DUIs in Jefferson County and how do you know? If a politial figure was arrested for DUI, it would be all over the news.

Bullitt Co. hides everything under the rug. A fact, Ward has DUI in Jefferson Co. You can do what you want in Bullitt Co. if you got money to slide under table. Everyone knows that, alot of people are cowards and won't say nothing.

When did Ward get a DUI? IF that was true, it would have been reported through every possible media outlet available. I'm not buying it.

AND....I'm not protecting her. She does drink heavily and that's a fact.

No Monkey Spanker, it's YOU who has nothing meaningful to contribute to these forums. And gee, I wasn't aware you were the elected representative of the Topix community, as a matter of fact, you aren't! So f*** you! But don't worry, I do find it highly amusing that my posts get your panties in such a bunch, so much that you're foaming at the mouth and have nothing but ad hominem attacks to respond with, a sure sign of a weak and simple mind, lol.
appears as if you were found quilty in
her court, put you do not know her personally or professionaly,
she is honest, very loving mother and grandmother, yes I seen
her in public, being a very proud grandmother, some people need
to get a better education such as yourself Chad. GROW-UP!!

NO I have not ever heard of Rebecca Ward, having DUI's,
possible to be confused with our present jailor Danny Fackler,
She is a very good judge, I had Roy Welch, to represent my
son a few years back he wanted him to plead gulity, I said no
he was not the cause of the fight, and the minor girl stepped
in when the fighting was going on, and was pushed, and they
find complaint on him, he was beated very bad with a tire
wrench, while this girl watched, and her boyfriend was the
one whom started the fight. Judge Ward, found him not qulity,
and "the girl was to blame for his beating and should call
the police." Which instead a neighbor called, if not he would
more then likely not be living today. So represented by
Roy Welch, but we did agree with his call for to plead gulity
so you think he will be a fair judge? THINK AGAIN, NO WAY!!!

Proves you no nothing about Bullitt Co., court judges, Elsie
Spainhour, is over family court, what good is it going to
be with tax payers paying for dads or moms to be behind bars,
how are they going to work to pay, This day and age its hard
to make a living, court should give both parents joint shared
custody when both are fit. Strange now days it's the mom that is
the worst for the kids, but keep kids just for child support,
food stamps (and sells them instead of feeding their kids) cheat
the government system whenever possible, time to go back to the
good old days, and everyone takes care of themselves instead
of the government doing it.

Don't fix it if it's not broke, does anybody really know
that it's your county judge that rules, and BC, Melaine
Roberts, has carried her authority to far, she is the boss
over all court judges, county attorny, etc., and she is
the problem with Bullitt County not our present court judges.
Walt Sholar, has his hands full with her, check Fiscal Court
out and you will see.

Christian-- you are a blubbering idiot. Perhaps if you learned to write with correct grammar and spelling, your posts may make sense (but I highly doubt it).
Melanie Roberts is NOT the "boss over all court judges". You should learn what her function is before posting something so ignorant.
