if you deserve your children and have a legitimate reason to have custody call jennifer barbagallo but most times the woman gets it all anyways no matter the lawyer unless she's unfit somehow that's just how BC court system works 90% of times

It's incredible difficult to take custody away from the mother. As long as the children have food on the table, a roof over their head, and clothes on their backs regardless of condition, the court will side in favor of the mother. The only exceptions are if the children are old enough to choose or if they're currently in the custody of the father.

Stop trying to help this s lut! It obvious that this is just another bitter, triffling B ITCH that is just trying to get as nasty as she can in court and trying to keep the father from seeing his kids. There's enough of these worthless who res out there as it is, do the world a favor an don't help create another one....
Everything you said is offensive, presumptuous, and off-the-wall. You obviously have some personal strife of your own and are projecting your anger onto this woman to make yourself feel better. Stop being nasty and stop taking things out of context and using them to attack another human being, it's disgusting! We don't know this person nor do we know her motives. Your words speak a great deal more about your character than they do hers.

First of all, the word that you are attempting to spell is TRIFLING! Secondly, no I am not hurt, your words were not directed at me nor do they hold any truth in regards to my own life. My mother taught me to overlook ignorance, so it will be a cold day in hell before some loser on Topix will "hurt" me.

You are the most ignorant person I have yet to see on Topix.

See what I mean? Look at you attacking people left and right for no reason. How am I a trifling b*tch? I'm sorry, do you know me? I'm a pretty good judge of character, and anyone who is too ignorant to formulate a response or a debate that doesn't involve the words b*tch or c*nt is a worthless individual in my book. Why are you so angry at women, Lol? Your mommy didn't love you enough to fight for custody?

Thank you.I was really sweatin' this one.I've read enough of your posts to know that you don't deserve all that.Honestly,I was a little nervous that you was gonna come back at me with how you didn't give a damn and didn't really like my big mouth anyway. Thanks again.About that difference of opinion though,,,communicate the one you have so I at least have a chance to see the solution,if you are right,,,and I am wrong..Could be something misunderstood,or at least some common ground that's present,,, but not close to the surface.Anyway, communicating alternate theories back and forth is how I come to the opinions that I currently possess. In short, some opinions are flexible, change with the details as well as with the wind, and not necessarily absolute.Good luck,,,and thanks again for the props.

Disagreeing with me in silence is almost the same thing as forty people reading and nobody posting.Somebody has to get the conversation started.I'll attempt to contribute to the jail thread this evening if you want though.Drum up what you can in the mean time.

I feel the same way. I can always listen to another's opinion and am open to learning something new. Some people are closed minded and not open to anything except the thoughts they themselves think. No problem I enjoy your writings.

Well said Spar. My opinion as someone who is dealing with a custody battle myself, is that in Bullitt County everything basically boils down to who you know and who you have in your corner. It doesn't matter who your attorney is or how well a job they do. It's who you know, plain and simple.

It's like that everywhere kiddo.I hate to hear that for you though. The prospect of a judge or anyone else dictating when you can see your child hurts in a real bad way.I understand.Main thing at this point,,,don't let your child see you falling apart.Your own pain can do more damage to your cause than the initial problem if you're not careful.Only one aspect of it I know,,,but definitely one worthy of note.Good night, and good luck with ya.

Now days just because a mother has to fight for her children doesn't mean always mean that she shouldn't have them. Was told by that it's not like it use to be a mother doesn't automatically get the children anymore. Each situation is different and you shouldn't be so quick to judge until you know the whole story.

Go through CPS if you're a good parent and the kids are in danger with the other parent.

If you're both decent people it's best for the children to have contact with both parents
