Trick or Treat - will the deputies be out?

In Erwinville the drunks will be out on the roads on their 4-wheelers and such, but will our parish deputies be out? Probably not. That may be why so many children from here go to Brusly and Addis to trick or treat. They are not safe in their own neighborhoods. Erwinville doesn't get the same attention from the Sheriff's office as does these other places. There are other adult males contributing to the delincency of minors, the deputies only have to open their eyes and mouths about it.
