Do not deal with Prevailing Power...they only take your money and have very little interest in preforming their part of the bargin as soon as they have your money.

Just found out that Prevailing Power in Shenandoah, IA is closing and we don't have a windmill that we paid for. All we have is concrete pad with frame in the ground.
