I bought a Stone Cold Piece of shit from Jim Brown Auto Sales in Louisville, it was advertised on their website as ice cold air and runs and drives great, no problems, I have the ad, the problem is that is all we have had is problems, the air has never worked, windows tore up, leaks, i can go on and on, they had to have known this, i called them and they told me bring it back we will sell it at auction and whatever it brings we will owe the difference.

If it is very much just file bankruptcy on it, if not they will garnish your wages. Good luck!

Tell them to fix what needs to be repaired or threaten to sue them, if they say they won't. Is there a warranty on the car?

Go to the car lot and tell them to fix the problems or you will default on the car loan. If you have filed bankruptcy and they know it don't threaten that. If that fails call the ky state attorney general's office and start complaining. Call them over and over until it gets to the car lot. This might help. Buy here pay here lot will resale your car and you will repay the difference. They suck for real. Good luck

If the auto was sold (As Is)you are out of luck unless it came with a 30,60,or 90 day warranty, but even with that your probably out of luck.

Don't buy a car from Jim brown auto sales on poplar level road. There cars are rigged up to run for a little while then they break down. They say they will make it right even though there a as is car lot. They are liars. If you don't pay they say they will take it to auction and what ever is left over you have to pay by them garnishing your pay check. They are heartless and careless. On top of that they buy there cars from auction and charge you 10 to 20 times more than its worth. When they rep o it they wont warn you and will charge you a 285.00 rep o fee. Warn everyone not to ever buy a car from Jim brown. Check out Craigslist.com Trust me. Its all ready to late for me. I'm stuck with a clunker that I have to put even more money into to try and have fixed. They prey on the poor and over charge for everything.

Call the BBB and complain thats what they are there for! And I agree take it to them and tell them you are defaulting because they sold you a POS. It will prolly cost them more to try to get your money then it is really worth to them. If not then tell them if they try to collect you will file a chapter 13 which will knock the value of the car to book value, which obliviously won't be much.
