I wish Lake Shelbyville had more of these moments. Sailboats and men fishing with their sons in john boats.
Instead we find Carnival crew ships and mass speed boats ripping through the waters.
I moved here five years ago thinking I was going to hit the Lake and do some fishing on the weekend with my family. First up a simple fishing boats, but to my surprise, unless you are near the bank or out on weekday you better hold on because it like a ride on the ocean waves. Well the boat is sold and Lake Shelbyville is something I say I leave near. Bright side I still enjoy sliding down the dam with my family on winter days.
