Eagle Creek should have never been award to the people MDBB Resorts,
in the first place. There was plenty of opposition to this company because they never fixed up any property they get control of. They go around and buy up back taxes and let the properties fall into such a state of disrepair that no one ever wants them again. I can show you four properties in the town I live that they have bought that need to be torn down because they never put an ounce of money in any of them. Have left them open to the elements and wild life to destroy. MDBB out bid everyone else who originally wanted to save Eagle Creek, but I can tell you
they bled off the money they could get and never put any money into repairs. SO IDNR stop looking to line your pockets with cash, find the right person to work with you and listen when the public tells you, your about to be make a deal with the devil.....
