Which building will fall down next on the Sullivan square?

Anybody have a prediction about which building on the Sullivan square will fall down next? Most of them are abandoned, even if the town has used grant money to pour sidewalks and put a million street lights in over there.

Apparently you don't live here because all of the buildings on our square are occupied by businesses or theater space.

Yeah, does that make you worry that one of the buildings will fall down and kill some of the show dogs?
