This is about $375, but retail price for schools is over $400. Again, this is an older one, but it still has all the components and this version is still used in many schools.

If I find any more info I will post it as I used one and it was hard to get used to.

What is the rush? I hope this computerized doll gave you a realistic insight to how difficult it is raising a child. It is a life time committment that should be thought through carefully. Focus on finishing school and taking care of yourself before having a family to support.

I had one in high school my sophmore year dumbest thing ever. One I didn't choose the class put in the class. I told the teacher I didn't want the computer brat it's not even realistic. My friend got one it ate for 11 hours not in a row and never burbed or pooped. Now if a real baby did that it would explode. Those things should be banned!!!

Why, just because the "computer brat" didn't work for YOU? What nonsense. It's supposed to be a test to see how well you and other teenagers would handle the very real-life responsibility of taking care of a baby. Oh, and I don't believe it's SUPPOSED to burp or poop, just cry. A LOT.

But you proved one thing at least, you would NOT handle being a teen mommy very well, which is fine. I don't believe teenage girls should BE mothers at such young ages to begin with. So avoid partnered sex entirely while in middle and high school, and preferably while in vocational training or college as well, until you can get access to reliable birth control. By doing that, you won't have to worry about getting pregnant and having to take care of a baby.

I had one at about 15, it really wasn't difficult, just all your attention is put into making sure it is held right, laying down right, etc. T hard one was when they set it to level 5, the hardest. It cried and fussed quite often. I think this doll is a good show of how much attention needs to be on an infant and not just if you can shove a bottle in its mouth and change a diaper. Those are easy, it is the CONSTANT attention that is stressful when raising children.

Yes, and that is why I don't support teen motherhood. Girls who get pregnant at such young ages are far more likely NOT to get their high school diplomas, and forget about college or vocational training.

The LAST thing I wanted as a teenager was to get pregnant and get stuck caring for a baby instead of going to high school/vocational school and having a career afterward. So I made sure I DIDN'T have sex in high school. It was the right idea, and I got to do all the things high school students normally do; go to dances, parties, school events. Most importantly, I graduated with a high school diploma, went on to vocational training, and after completing that, got a great a job and soon after that, an apartment I was paying for myself. Would any of that been possible if I'd been stuck being a teen mom? I doubt it. I'm just glad I didn't have to find out.

Actually im 19 I mean't they should make it realistic. In my sophmore class all they did was call the fake babys names and coo at them. I say make it more realistic like you have to eat ketchup on crackers because the cost of diapers and formula. The class is stupid they don't teach anything. What happen to parenting? There is this thing called adoption there is no reason for teen mothers. Most girls think its cute they didn't learn a thing the fake babys don't work a waste of money. Trust don't think im stupid or patrontize me I've taken care of my cousin's better than their re-hab friendly mothers. I just think it's a waste of time overall and money.

Why is it even legal teen moms to even keep them wouldn't it be easier to the family take them or the state? Least Rose you did better than me with the computer brat i just got kicked out of my class cause my teach wanted me to have that stupid thing than my other teach didn't. My mom got fed up with it. She put it in the dryer. The problem to me is the school's okay mostly the parents. There are pills and rubber why are they pregnant there stupid. That's what abortion is for.
