Given that we are talking about history, one can make a general assumption about prevailing views from that time...that is b.s. that you say your grandparents would be happy that two consenting adults found each and would be granted the same rights as heterosexuals...that wouldn't even be in their lexicon of language! Prevailing views in a given point in time is what is being pointed out here.
Also, the example I gave of something that is considered unthinkable - like homosexual marriage - in another time and sliding into our time as acceptable, brought about by social pressure and social agendas - can also bring about an acceptance of something like bestiality by marketing, social pressure and agendas...
Sarcasm to me has always been a measure of intelligence to me...
Great post! Don't pay any attention to Hand Banana, that doesn't comprehend the message your sending. But you may want to guestion that blog name - sounds to me like their may be an issue with fruit abuse!!

I'm thinking this should have been a law already.
It IS a law already. What is being proposed is that it be changed from a misdemeanor to a felony.
I'm thinking that it won't be long in a not too distant future that the slippery slope that we're on will propel us into "accepting" this "alternative" lifestyle of man/beast "love"...I mean, after all who are we to judge anyone for "loving" their pet in a full and complete and meaningful way...what goes on between an animal and a human is between them...I mean, please don't be hateful...
Animals cannot consent.

Sure we can. They are called liberals.
Actually, that's close to the truth...

They tend to hang out in cities...

Cities have a lot of pollution...

What would my grandparents say about 2 consenting adults that love each other and just happend to be of the same gender, wanting the same rights as everyone else, including marriage? My Grandparents would say good for them.
Don't assume everyone shares your views.
And, they'd also realize gay marriage has NOTHING to do with a story about animal abuse.
What a shame. Your grandparents have been brainwashed like so many others, by the media and academia, to accept perversions as normal. I have some of those twisted thinkers in my family also. They were brought up normally but the culture has corrupted them. My own 80 year old aunt and all her children accept perversions as normal. Such a shame.
