HUGE MISTAKE! HOW LONG BEFORE THEY GO BELLY UP AND THE CITY AND STATE HAVE TO BAIL THEM OUT? LET'S MAKE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T AFFORD FOOD OR A HOUSE BECOME SHARE HOLDERS IN A $4 MILLION HOUSING PROJECT. HALF THE NEIGHBORS HATE OR DONT TRUST EACH OTHER, AND THEY WANT TO BE BUSINESS PARTNERS? WHO THE HELL CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA?
