Sorry folks, I have to disagree. I've bought cars from them and have never had a problem with either Dan or Glenn or the service staff. Always polite and courteous. I have also bought a different brand automobile from an out-of-town dealer and when I had a problem I went there first and they checked it out. If it was something they could fix, they did.- If not, then I went back to the other dealer.
If you're considering purchasing a car, please don't go by what is written on these Topix. Most of the comments are written by dissatisfied customers. I happen to be one of the satisfied ones.
nice try WAYNE T. we know you wrote this or maybe SUE.

Wrong - I'm just a customer who's always gotten good service. And I've been going there for years.

Let me guess, you must be a senior citizen? That is another thing that mcandrews should be ashamed of, the way they screw the elderly people over. The true backbone of their business are the elderly folks of Adams who go back there again and again because it is where they bought their last car. You would think that they would give good deals to those repeat customers, but the fact is that most of them are paying the window sticker prices! Taking advantage of the elderly is something they should be greatly ashamed of!

I think you said it all about MCANDREWS KING. They can't have many customers left anymore? I live in Adams all my life and never bought a car from them to high in price rather (travel) to buy a car then buy it from them. Sue is the reason I won't buy one from them and Wayne!!!!

i know that someone that works there should NOT be allowed the use of a demo car 24/7 because they are NOT a salesperson. it should be reported to R.M.V.
