Glad GM kept the best GM dealer in the Berkshires. Thank you for your support of Adams schools and also please keep providing good jobs in the Berkshires.

The dealer agreements limit dealers to GM vehicles exclusively, GM has more say, and can even set sales goals or pull the franchises.

It's terrific to see a great dealer like McAndrews survive the slaughter. It's tough when you do the very best you can for your customers the way they do, and manage to dodge the mud slung at your product due to a poorly managed corporation AND a lot of lousy dealers.

McAndrews is filled with good people that deserve community support.

We just bought a GM car and paid less than we did two years ago. Keep giving people great deals. We love our new Buick.

Think about this. If you buy a GM car you are buying what you already own 60% of. The end of GM is coming, it's just a matter of time.

since you own 60%, support yourself and buy Gm products. Even someone from NA can figure that out, unless you are part of the welfare crowd!

Good, I'm glad to see the GM's stay. But, get rid of Sue, and Wayne. Both super rude and not very good to deal with. Wayne made my experience so bad there I went to another dealership and bought a new truck, because he said he would not order what I wanted because he was not getting much commision on the sale. That isn't the way you keep customers. I will not come back til he is gone, and I have purchased 4 trucks from you in the past.

his customer base is dying literally. the days of dealer service ripoofs are over. only old people are buying that crap and the numbers are getting smaller every day.

i also think that wayne guy is to smug for being a used/new car salesman.

this is what happens when you hire a girl out of school and she works for you for 40 years. a sense of entitlement and that you are interfereing with her day.

see you later pontiac/buick/etc.

Yes it is a good thing, it has saved me a couple times when it came to buying things and where to shop and not to shop. Word of mouth is the best advertising around.

I can relate with you on that one! I bought a GMC truck elsewhere because the other dealer was willing to make a deal where McAndrews-King wanted to screw the hell out of me on the sale. So when I attempted to go there to get WARRANTY service done, which is their RESPONSIBILITY to honor as a GM dealer, they flat out refused to do so and told me I needed to take it back to where I bought it from! This was Glenn, not Danny down there. I reported them to GM! During the course of owning the truck, I took it to 2 other GMC dealerships for service and neither one gave me any problem at all, even though thte truck did not come from their dealership. Those other places know the true meaning of customer service. Needless to say that I would NEVER even consider doing business with those people at McAndrews!

I feel bad for you that is why I would never buy a car from them or even bring a car to be service at MCANDREWS KING they are the worse people to do business with in buying or getting service done. Many people seem to be unhappy with them and the service. Sue should have kept her mouth shut people are not saying they are the best in fact people seem to be saying they are the worse for service and people are rude at MCANDREWS KING.

Sorry folks, I have to disagree. I've bought cars from them and have never had a problem with either Dan or Glenn or the service staff. Always polite and courteous. I have also bought a different brand automobile from an out-of-town dealer and when I had a problem I went there first and they checked it out. If it was something they could fix, they did.- If not, then I went back to the other dealer.
If you're considering purchasing a car, please don't go by what is written on these Topix. Most of the comments are written by dissatisfied customers. I happen to be one of the satisfied ones.
