Oh No. I have been buying your frozen yogurt (Bavarian Chocolate) for the last 8 months and it is AWESOME. The best I have ever had. Say it ain't so--I don't want to go back to any of the other bland brands. I just discovered you and now you are closing...I am soooooooooo sad. Not a good day. You will be missed.

I am too very disappointed. Just found your ice cream in a local store in Appleton, WI a few months ago and thought it was the best store bought ice cream I've had - especially any of the ones with dark chocolate. You will be missed by my whole family!

I have looked high and low for this brand after living in Sheboygan and Greendale (years ago). I was hoping maybe it was a brand shipped elsewhere. Now I know to not look any further, which has brought me here to google it. Your chocolate chip was the best ever! Would love some right now! It was like nothing else I had had. Almost like the chocolate covering on a ice cream bar swirled into very good vanilla. It's so sad to see another good family business gone!

We just ran out of the 15 pails I stocked up on when I heard I bought malt and chip, river rapids, cookies and cream, chocolate, rainbow sherbet, my family is truly going to miss all the flavor options and I never by just plain vanilla.
please reconsider

Your frozen yogurt is the best ice cream desert while being the most healthful. Very disappointing.

I use to live in Janesville, Wisconsin and came to Sheboygan, WI. on business. I have visited your operation several times and enjoyed talking to all of you. Thanks to John, Wendy, and Judy for being so hospitable and courteous.

I was purchasing Zurheide Ice Cream at Woodman's grocery store for years and taking it to St. Louis, MO. to my aunt and uncle, Ruth and Charles Zurheide. They loved your ice cream for its creamy texture and so many flavors. My aunt loved the cherry vanilla and my uncle liked the Mackinaw Fudge. When they came up to Janesville in the 1980's for my daughter's wedding, they managed to visit Sheboygan and meet the Zurheides, This included Arnold. They did find out they were related with ancestors from Germany.

I am now living in St. Louis with my family. My last trip to Janesville, I tried to purchase Zurheide Ice Cream at Woodman's but could not find it. Now I know why. Needless to say, like so many others, I was saddened to learn of the company closing.

Thank you to the Zurheide family for making such awsome ice cream which we enjoyed for so many years and bringing delicious goodness to our lives. And, thank you for being so courteous to me and my aunt and uncle. They still remember the sweaters you gave them one Christmas with the Zurheide Ice Cream logo on it.

I just had to express my feelings. I too am VERY saddened by the closing of Zurheide. I would always go to Woodmans to purchase the Sherbert. This was the BEST sherbert I and my family had EVER tasted. Like all the flavors mentioned above, the rainbow sherbert had a rich creamy fruity flavor. I didn't think of googling it until today, so needless to say.....I have been searching for it at every store I go to. So ZurhiedeS'; if your reading this, PLEASE KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR ICE CREAM WAS ENJOYED BY MANY AND HOW MUCH IT IS MISSED. God Bless you all.

To add to the other comments. Our family has enjoyed your fine ice cream for decades. It was either the center of a a dinners's end or a wonderful treat after a hot summer's day of work and play at our home in Delavan for decades. When we drove up to Geneva from Chicago-no trip was complete without a Woodman's stop for the best chocolate west of Cafifornia. The formulation, quality, overburden was incomparable. Is there any chance the brand and formulation could be purchased by another high quality producer? I think that part of the pleasure of your ice cream was that it was mixed after purchase with good times and family gatherings. Thank you for the memories.

One of my favorite past times as a kid was eating the peppermint stick flavor at my Grammys. My favorite 15 years later I still crave it.

Why can't the recipe be sold to another company to keep this fabulous creamy ice cream in production. PLEASE look into this as far as the recipe being sold by the family. I'll never find a creamier ice cream.

Years ago a lady at work told me to try Zurheide ice cream. I did and it was the "Creamiest" I'd ever had and I bought it for years and later Roundy's were pushing their own brand and no longer had your brand. Then I switched to Blue Bunny, but it was never as creamy as yours. Just recently, there was a special on TV about Sheboygan and I got to wondering,'Whatever happened to Zurheide ice cream?
And , just today, I find via "Google" it's gone!!
UNFORTUNATE indeed. If I could find it today, I would continue to buy it!!! It was the best!!!
