Former OP detective accused of shoplifting, meth possession

Former police officer Donald Kevin Duncan was charged this week with shoplifting and drug possession.

I was at Donald Kevin Duncans hearing today because I have a vested interest in him and the outcome of this incident. To be brutally honest I was a victim of his drug abuse through a business deal and I want noting more than to see him go to prison. Not only for this offense but for what he did to me and my family and countless others as a supposed identity theft professional. The Judge today asked Donald if he would fail a drug test and he said possibly. He asked would it be for meth and he said yes. The Judge ( Judge Davis) then said I want you to go take a test and comeback and if you are positive for meth you are going to jail. I left feeling partially vindicated that this evil man was going to get what he deserved only to now read on the Johnson County web site that he did test positive for meth but gets to go have treatment instead of jail. I have a story to tell about this guy and how he almost ruined my life, my wifes life and my 5 childrens lives along with my business partners lives through deceit, manipulations of the truth.and out of malicious attempts to defraud an attorney out of at least 50,000 dollars for his own benifit and drug usage. Who can I tell this story to. Who ever hears this story about this guy and what he tried to do to me you will not believe it. However I have sworn depositions and emails and legal documents to prove this story. Please guide me to someone in hopes I can get the word out about this villian in hopes it might open the judges eyes to what kind of a guy Donald Duncan truly is and not just sweep his current charges under the rug because he is an ex Overland Park police officer. Thanks for listening and please provide guidance, I need to share this with someone that has a voice.

I too would like to know the full story concerned citizen has to tell, please put the information out there as to what happened. Kevin from all appearance was an extremely good Detective during his tenure with Overland Park Police Department; what I would like to know is "What Happened to him"???? Obviously Kevin has a drug problem, did this occurr after he left the department or did it start before he left? Lots of unanswered questions. I do Pray for Kevin find help for his drug addiction. Concerned Citizen and others who feel they were hurt or victimized by Kevin you need to explain why he is "evil" and not issue vague statements of how he hurt you. If he commited additional crimes report them to the local police or federal agents in the Kansas City area. If there was a crime committed it will get investigated.

I went to Central Missouri with Nicki and she was a real tomcat back in the day. I saw her profile on classmates.com and she still looks great! Maybe she'll divorce this loser and I'll finally get to ask her out.

After being discovered, all videos of the two were removed from the site. As for Kevin, he also got arrested at the Argosy just before Christmas and spent Christmas and New Years in the pokey. Platte County is reportedly going to charge him with distribution of meth, among many other charges.
