My heart absolutely broke when I read your story. It terrified me at the same time. A friend of mine fell in love with my maltipoo Winnie and was recently curious about getting one for herself so I went online to find Bianca's website and something didn't sit right that it was listed anymore. So as I understand now, she has changed the name to You Tiny Puppy? Something scary about that. I bought my little Winnie about 9 months ago ended up having a rare and dangerous kind of roundworm that concerned my vet enough to call me personally and tell me to bring her in immediately. She mentioned that she should have never had something like this as it would be routinely treated while the puppy was less than two months old. I thought it was strange but Winnie is such a happy little dog,(definitely not a teacup though), so I didn't think to much of it. Apparently there are some breeders out there that continue to breed from parents who are genetically disposed to tumors so subsequently the puppies develop them too. I hope that this lady isn't one of them. And if she is part of some type of puppy mill, I will never forgive myself. I'm just trying to tell myself that I saved little Winnie from something potentially worse because she is so adored. I hope to follow up on this breeder in particular because if she turns out to be part of something underhanded it is essential she is caught and stopped...and put in jail! I love animals more than anything. They are God's little angels and I hope you have been able to open your home to another puppy from a good place to love.

Biancas puppies in now called Your Tiny Puppy, I did purchase from her - the only problem I had with her is that it is interesting how she just adds different photos to the same description and - states they are to be teacup when they aren't
After I paid, I did ask to see the parent's which she didn't have any photos which was also strange.
I thank god my puppy now one year old is the most wonderful dog - fantastic demeanor, gorgeous, people asking me if they can have her. I get stopped all the time people wanting to know about her. Even though I paid a bit for her, I do call her my rescue, because I got a strange feeling about this breeder. I have a sister wanting a dog just like mine - but now I am afraid of getting another one from her
My first puppy came from (she is 2 years old) justmaltipoos -Kimberly - she is very reliable - but her pups run around 2800 $3500

I purchased a dog from Bianca and the first dog I received died after one week. I spent thousands of dollars trying to save her. She had Parvo. Bianca did send us another dog, which was only supposed to get to be 4 pounds, the dog now weighs 12 - 14 pounds, not at all what I wanted. I do not believe she is an honest person and would not refund any of my money or pay any of the vet bills. I spent thousands of dollars and do not even have a dog that I wanted. I have followed her ads for the last year and I see she uses the same descriptions over and over again. I believe she is running a puppy mill and selling unhealthy dogs. Now that I hear this I know she is.

I purchased our maltipoo Tater from Bianca alomst 1 year to date. First of all, her website is not working anymore and her email bounced back when I emailed her and she did change her website from biancaspuppies to yourtinypuppy. Tater came to us at about 3 lbs and Biance actually delayed sending him because he wasn't eating well the week before. The vet described him as healthy and happy, but Tater did have a common puppy bug (forget the name of it), but we just gave him medicine and he was fine. Tater is completely healthy now, and probably about 18 lbs! He was supposed to be no bigger than 5lbs, which I never went back to Bianca on because we are completely happy with Tater and also with his size. We definitely got lucky in this situation with getting a healthy dog. He has the best personality and everyone always wants to know where we got him. Now that I've done this research I will stop telling people where and definitely stop looking to buy another one! Bianca was very responsive to my questions when I called and provided me pictures; however, unlike all the other more reputable breeder websites I visited she didn't have the references I would expect or have pictures of Tater's parents. I think I just fell in love with Tater and this was my first internet dog purchase. All others have been meeting the breeders in person.

I have followed her website as well for almost a year now and her puppies do turnover fast. Probably a new litter every 3-4 weeks (maltipoo) some 5 new pictures at a time and some with 1-3 only at a time. I hope that helps people and I'm so sorry to hear your stories.

I purchased a maltipoo puppy from Bianca this past June. She arrived half dead with no water in her cage. At her vet check we found she had Coccidia, an ear infection and ringworm. We spent months getting her healthy (not to mention the fact that the entire family got ringworm from her). I called the vet who signed her health certificate and she denied knowing of any of these conditions. She said she wasn't required by law to run fecal tests and Bianca refused to pay for one. She also said she has had previous reservations about Bianca and asked for the name of her website. Thankfully Alie is now beautiful, healthy (for now), and has a wonderful personality. I feel like such a fool. This was our first dog purchase and I now realize that we did indeed purchase from a puppy mill. Why can't something be done about this evil woman?!

We bought our lovely little Maltese Sami in May 2007, we purchased based off images online. I searched for over 24 months locally and was not able to locate anything at a reasonable cost in a 100 miles of our area. I perused biancaspuppies.com website for two months before locating our puppy SAMi online. At the time of purchase Bianca was nice on the phone and answered the excessive and frequent questions we had.
We wanted our Maltese shipment arranged on May 18th but Bianca said that this puppy was special to her and that she wanted the weekend to spend with her.... so she was shipped out on the Monday the 21st.(2007)
We got our pup at nine weeks old via Continental airlines and fortunately arrived all safe, there was food, water, documents, vet papers included in the crate and the crate was clean. When we opened up the crate SAMi happily trotted out to greet us and everything was clean much to our satisfaction.
I had the appointment all set with our vet for the next day. Our pup was seen by our vet for a entire new puppy checkup and we found out that our puppy had Giardia, a bacteria condition that a lot of dogs get based on contaminated water and perhaps other bacterial living conditions. We took fast action and got the necessary medication (antibiotics) for our puppy and she was better in a matter of days (I ended up sick the following week, ironically with a bacterial infection... ironic, but there was no validation that it was from the Giardia... but do the math...).
I did contact Bianca S. to notify her of the news. She did seemed surprised and stunned by the news... now I know why the delay in the shipping of the pup.
I have to say that I am convinced that Bianca was aware of the Giarida bacteria in our pup. Our puppy was identified to have been 4-5 lbs as an adult. She is now 1.5 years old and weighs well over 8.5 lbs.
I LOVE my dog, my family LOVES our dog, the general public who meet her LOVES her and we would NEVER trade her for a zillion dollars. She is the best spirited dog in the history of the world.
I have tried to view Bianca's site for some time now and see that it no longer exists and we suspected as such. I feared the worst and I am outraged that folks who have purchased from Bianca (Houston Texas area) have encountered such horrible experiences with these little innocent animals. It's unfair and awful.
I believe that our little pup found us and we truly lucked out with her. We tried to communicate with Bianca S. with Sami's progress and growth, but the communication with Bianca was very limited and practically non existent... that was a tad bothersome based on how special we think our dog is.
I hope that our story will help others and if we ever get another dog, I will search better locally and get to know the breeder more in advance and in person.
Thanks.

Judy - She has changed her name once again, and I fell victim too. I'm trying to put a stop to it, and am about to start contacting the press in San Antonio to get her shut down. My puppy died after 4 weeks....and several trips to the vet. Would you be willing to tell your story if I find someone who will listen?

I am horrified to find out that I bought my Weimaraner and my Vizsla from Peter Raap in Morgan Hill 10 years ago! These dogs are the love of my life and I am horrified that they were part of a puppy mill operation. IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO PUT PUT AN END TO PETER RAPPS business please let me know! Puppy mills as we now know are horrific and abusive and no animal should live that way. I am so sad to think of my dogs parents as living in those conditions and dying in those conditions.

Just like so many of others, I purchased two puppies from Bianca, one for myself and three months later, one for my mom. Both puppies are about one year old now and knock on wood - healthy, though now that I read all these postings, I am getting very nervous about the health of our two adorable pups. Both of our puppies are not 5 pounds as was advertised, one is 9 pounds and another one is almost 12, but they are the most adorable puppies in the world, so the size/weight is not a problem. But the health of both our puppies is the most important and I am so upset to learn that the person I trusted - Bianca - would do such horrible things. Before I got my puppies from Bianca I never completely understood what it means to love a dog, but now I cannot imagine my world without the two puppies that I got from Bianca. I pray that my puppies and all your puppies that you bought from Bianca and all other doggies stay very healthy.

WOW!! I bought my Chihuahua from "Bianca" August 07, and was shipped to Boston, she was fine and helthy and now after reading all these posts am very very lucky that she is still healthy. I too was told that she would be 3-4lbs but is almost 7 lbs, although it is a quess on how big they will be, because I also have a bullmastiff and he was bought locally and I met his parents, they were HUGE, the moms was 120lbs and the dad 150lbs and mine is only 100lbs and full grown. So I'm not angry about the size thing. But my friend is looking for a Chihuahua and I was e-mailing her the website and then went to look at it myself, and then found it was gone and then found this site. And I am now very angry that she is running a puppy mill and it makes me upset that I helped "support" a puppy mill. But I'm glad I rescued my little angel, and I hope this woman gets locked up!!!

I live in Northern California and am looking for a reputable breeder for Maltipoos. Does anyone know of a local breeder that they could recommend? I almost made a mistake and purchase a pupppy from Cristine Lopez until I read this site. She seemed nice enough over the phone and answered all my questions but I took the advice of the posts. I am now heart broken that I'm not getting my puppy although I'm sure that I made the right decision.

I had a horrible situation with Bianca... Purchased a Maltipoo in December and had to put her to sleep this week for distemper. She had tons of problems and we spent over $2500. Now I have heard that we would need to wait about two years before getting another puppy because distemper bacteria can live that long on everything in and around our house. I want to shut Bianca down! If you found her via www.nextdaypets.com , please send them a formal complaint depending they stop supporting her operation. This woman is a con-artist. Please contact me with any questions... jsjazesf@gmail.com

Peter Raap is having his friend, Brenda Hill , sell his puppies out of her house in Citrus Heights. The litter for sale right now are Malti-poo's. By Valentines Day, he is bringing her a new litter of Malti-Tzu's. His puppy mill was supposed to have been shut down by the police, but he is circumventing the law and breeding them even though his license has been revoked. Even though he is doing this against the law, some breeders won't let that stop them. Peter Raap is using his cell phone number now to sell beagles out of his house in Los Gatos. Every other week in the San Jose Mercury, he has a brand new litter of beagle puppies for sale.
We are compiling several documents for the authorities, so as much information as we can get, the better.
I purchased a Maltizu puppy from Brenda Hill's home on January 5th. I was told the puppy had mild Kennel Cough and was given some yellow antibiotics. I took my puppy to the vet to have a complete wellness check done and immediately the vet was concerned that they had administered an antibiotic as neither she nor the breeder are vets. Long story short....within 2 weeks my puppy condition worsened and he developed pneumonia, I notified the breeder along with a letter from the vet that his condition was due to being positive for Borditella (kennel cough) and by law he should not have sold him as he was not completely healthy and Peter Raaps reponse was to send the vet bills and he would review them and provide some reimbursement. That was 3 weeks ago. We have phoned and emailed many times since then and have not received a response. Including the $750 tag on the dog, we also spent $1500+ in vet bills. Max is all better now, thank goodness, however, this guy Peter Raap and the broker, Brenda Hill(if she's aware of what he's up to) are crooks. We should all get together and have the San Jose Mercury news do an investigation on Peter Raap, also call your local TV stations and have them conduct an investigation!!! I for one would be more than happy to provide my documation and trail of emails where he has lied to us!!
