Fugitive was found in Crawford Village in posession of an assault rifle.
They need to evict the tenant who allowed him to stay there. Pronto!

>>>>>Also captured this morning were:

James Parrish, 29, at a residence in Crawford Village, McKeesport. Parrish had been evading capture on charges out of Georgia since 2008 and was wanted on charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault by local authorities. He had an assault rifle and numerous rounds of ammunition in his possession at the time of his arrest.

We have seen this where they evict a tenent for 'zero tolerance' and then their welfare case management team sends them to a new apartment in the same complex or across the street in another Housing Program. The system is a lie and perpetuates indulgence of law breaking and lack of responsibility.

Any reason why the MPD assistance was not requested to aid in the arrest of the CV lad?

The Pittsburgh police were involved?

For all we know he is the man who shot the young football player. Maybe he knows who robbed JJ's Deli Mart.

Apparently, he knew he would be safe in McKeesport. Seems odd all the agencies even Pittsburgh police but no local authority. Keep catching them. Hope they figure out some of the unsolved murders, including Kimberly Krimms.

I wish we had the kind of judges here that they do in Brunswick GA.
No wonder this guy skipped town.
2 of his accomplices received some hard, hard time. The 3rd fled town, too.

>>>>Evidence during the elder Combsí trial showed he, his son and two other men first pistol-whipped and robbed a man of $180 on Oak Street. The second man was robbed of his wallet containing credit cards at Blackwell and Mosley streets, according to the evidence.

It's called the fugitive task force. How do you know McKee cops were not involved. My guess is they were. Givebthem some credit. Read the police blotter. They make tons of arrests. They dontnhave too. But they do.

No confidence in the local authorities? The news papers failed to mention any local authorities.
