I know it and so do many people, he's been seen and even caught, but continues to do it, and why? this man is in his 50s and steals Ale 8's from our local machines.. what is going on here? its crazy!!!

usually in Bethel but he also knocks off machines in Owingsville, Sharpsburg and Salt Lick, been doing it for years. People tell on him but nothing has been done in the last 20 years, it's very odd he can do this.
