Two people charged in animal cruelty case

Two people are facing charges after a dog was dropped off at an animal shelter in the Town of Root.

What is up with all this animal abuse going on? Seems everyweek some scag is charged. These two winners dont deserve the dog back.
I pray they have no kids as well.

First it was the asshole in Bern who shot and killed two dogs, then it was some scag with a starving pit bull on her property that died. Its really high time that Busters law, be revamped.

These folks are such rotten people that they don't have a clue!
What kind of balls to you have to have to go back to the shelter to try the retrieve the dog you abused? What freakin nut cases! They both need mental evaluations on top of the criminal charges. I think from their actions though nothing will help them. Sick folks indeed!

Where is "Root" located anyway?
Is this a crime against Buster's Law? These two need an evaluation and their property thorough checked for any other animals or remains
thereof.
