Just watched the old Dateline movie about this no account, nasty-assed being, and how he stole time from Sterling Span. His day will come. He seems to be a born liar and has no truth or honor in his soul. If he doesn't pay for his evil ways before he dies; he may have to learn a lesson by watching someone he loves have years taken from their life. Maybe he needs this lesson in order to learn that "what goes around, comes around" ... and "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". I wish he could feel the pain he has caused others, and maybe he could seek out Sterling Span and his family and beg their forgiveness. He really is a "no account" in my book.

Speaking as someone who has no stake in the matter, but as a person who has done some research into several cases I feel as though he was a negative influence to his community. His failure to infuse justice for the people he was in service to should serve as a testament to the "police state" that we are becoming. He is one of many in a long line of corruption, mistrust, racial degradation and abuse of power. I do feel however, that facts trickle through, and the truth will be made known in the end.

I volunteered under Tommy Pope and you couldn't have asked for a more down to earth person. He appreciated our work, let us know it he was all for a thorough investigation before deciding on what needed to be done. I would volunteer for him again if my health would allow it. But then I do abide by the laws and believe in fairness and equality.

I just saw Timmy Pope on Dateline in regard to the Sterling Spann case and I thought he was amazing! So much so that I just Googled him and found this site!
