Does anyone know what is going to happen with all the 1 year warranties on the AK homes? Also, what about the $600.00 fee paid at closing for the Emerald Mnt. pool and tennis courts, etc?

IF Doug Lofton had anything to do with those houses then you're just another screwed resident! He's the nicest guy, you will ever meet but he's full of that bull stuff! Yes, the man is not to be trusted. Ask any of the people that lives in South Fork Ranch.The mayor knows he is and stands by him.
