Look beyond the cloud of politics, through the fog of racial divide and peer down upon the clarity that a crime by any other name is still a crime. It does not matter if you were once an important cog in the wheel of the former Chief Robert McNeilly’s oppression machine, where fracturing the law for personal need was common place. It holds no weight in my eyes that you are currently the head of an influential African American police organization, a crime is still a crime. Whether you wear the badge of the police or the collar of the church, no one is above the law. When the individuals who are sworn to uphold the law without prejudice, bend and twist the oath with prejudice for those they choose are entitled, where does that leave the rest of us?
If on the night in question there were no violations of law, why was Rashal Brackney summoned to the scene of a three car accident in the strip district? If there were no violations of law why was RaShall Brackney’s friend, the driver, spirited away in the dark of night? If she was hurt, there would have been an ambulance, if sober a simple accident report. It must be noted that the documented incidence of individuals smacking into three parked vehicles at 1am and not remaining at the scene while sober is quite rare.
If the investigation was complete at the time of the abduction, it will not be difficult to find several honest police officers to back that story up.

Knowing you as I do, you will cite how difficult it has been being a female in police work; you will tout your efforts to rise above, get past the discrimination and instill a new code of honor. Then you will play the race card.
Last take a real close look at your hand.
It is the elephant in the room. No one will talk about it.
All right; I get it. Slavery was wrong. Discrimination is shortsighted and ill willed. Women and blacks received a bad deal in the past. Policies need changed, attitudes require adjustment. Does all of that grant you a free pass on obeying the laws of society? Political Correct run amuck. Film at 11.
If it walks like a duck………

Any chance that the Commander is a Democrat. Mary Beth will have to stay away, I guess.

Why is everyone afraid of this woman? Is she really God? I don't understand how she can get away with the things she does. She must have had intimate relations with someone in high places. Jezebel is reborn. May the Lord stop her once and for all.

I find it interesting how certain officers who have PFA's filed against them get suspended from duty and "certain" others nothing happens.

Obviously she is one of the "certain" others who are protected.
One has to wonder what her relationship is or was with the curent Chief ....

Just sayin !!
