Maximum 40 years for a muder and planned coverup, what a joke, the state of minn must have their heads in the sand. To bad it didn't happen in Texas, they could fry this scum. I thought he admitted it anyway, presumed innocense is out the door. Since his family bonded him out rumor has it he has fled the country with his girlfreind, guess bond not high enough. Wake up Minn charge him with 1st degree murder and fry him or at least put him away forever.

He has not jumped bond. Quit spreading rumors and making accusations that you can not defend.

Tony is a complete scumbag. I used to work with him when he was married to Tonya. He was a Cad then too. He cheated on her several times. She's lucky she got away from him.

Tony is a disgrace to mankind. I have had the displeasure of having met him and worked closely with him. Cheating, lying, abusing..I hope he gets exactly what he deserves and I cannot wait to know that he is locked up.

Wish his trial would have been in Louisian or Texas!!! Thank god he was found GUILTY!!! But for her family to endure the fact that he did this and was out for three years before his trial is sickening. I hope he pays like hell for what he did to Ruth Ann and the hell her family has been put threw!!! Minnesota is ridiculous to say the least!!

Your wife is a looser for dating a married man, no matter what he told her.
