Thats more time than a person can get for killing someone while driving drunk.
Seems the d.w.i. laws are all over the map every time you read about one of these multiple offenders.
Whats the solution?
Who knows.
yeah sure

yeah... you can stab someone in a gang war,
and get less time.. be a public nuisance as a street thug instead and get 10 months..

Jill Ruth Koski knowingly and intentionally violated the conditions of her probation. Congratulations and sincere thanks to Judge Landwehr for refusing to accept any sob story excuses from Koski, who couldn't be bothered to maintain contact with her probation agent and deliberately chose to drink her way into prison.

Judge Landwehr put public safety first and refused to give Koski another chance to drive drunk and perhaps seriously injure or kill innocent victims. Driving drunk is selfish, irresponsible and inexcusable---and drunk drivers are not entitled to any sympathy.
