GMB still commenting on working people. Yeah right the cops are going to carry a camera with them to a burglary and get a picture of a snowmobile plate???? Are you really as dumb as you sound?

Yeah right! It's not like cameras would be handy in police work, or can be compact or even built into cell phones. You tell 'um, Sheetrock! LOL!

Yeah right Dog Wagger, try to take a picture of a snowmobile license plate with a cell phone camera. You and GMB must be related. Both of you are stupid.

Actually "Sheetrock", it is completely reasonable to think that between three cops, one of them could have gotten a picture. If they were close enough to see and follow the snowmobiles, there's a chance they were close enough to get a picture. You would think a camera would be a standard piece of equipment in cop cars since it is small, portable, inexpensive and could be useful in many situations. The cops who do accident reconstruction have one in their cruiser that they use for documenting accidents and damage to vehicles. You would think the rest of the cops would have them too.

The owners are lucky that they had neighbors who are looking out for them.

Don't you think the police carry enough equipment as it is? Do you honestly think they were close enough for a picture of plates, that probably were not even on the machines?

And your parents must be bro & sis, Sheethead. Try reading to comprehend, I mentioned other compact cameras as well.

Did the cops even try to follow the snowmobile tracks?
