I hope they intend to make that a working redlight on 7A if they are taking away the crossing guard. I see a tragedy in the future. That intersection is a nightmare in the morning and the afternoon. The way cars park at the store on the corner is a hazard all on its own.

IF kids took the buses that we are paying for rather than their parents dropping them off and picking them up, traffic wouldn't be half as bad.

IF the driver would put down the cell phone and concentrate on driving and getting out into the intersection when their turn comes, rather than sitting and blocking the intersection, concentrating on talking; the traffic wouldn't be as bad.

A little common sense goes a long way.

I think alot of paarents drop off because it is on the way to work and if they wait for the bus they will be late for their job,or on those bitter cold days parents opt to drop off their kids rather than walking. Those on cell phones should know better exspecially in a school zone.
