Should have listened to Dr. Wattnenburg on KGO Sat. Sun. nights. First he warned about the M.T.B.E. in poison they put in the gasoline.
Then he warned about the California Air Resources Board about issues of fraud there.
And now this! He's been warning the public for a year now, telling P.G.&E. they have BIG problems.
Like him or not, he's been correct EVERYTIME!

I always get suspicious when a utility company changes what has worked flawlessly for years. The paranoid side of me see's a future where PG&E decides when and if your heater/AC/washer/dryer/electri c car can be used/charged, and can ultimately turn the power off. I understand the other side, the need for conservation through better measurement as well but don't have the faith or trust in the utility companies to accurately do that. These errors do not help my paranoid side at all. Im hoping there is an opt out clause. If it isn't broken don't fix it!!!
