C'mon, Gary. You know people ignore the obvious until you say it loud and clear. Around here, we turn the other cheek, and continue to look for "other" solutions when the real one is right in front of us. St. Louis, Chicago, Louisville and other cities have done it the right way -- put money in the system to make it better. Here, we again turn away and hope that a fairy godmother will come by and hit us with her wand to erase years of ignoring the system. You seem to get it, but how many other people will do something?
