According to an SEC filing, MNB has less than 90 days to raise capital or they are done. Look's like MNB customers will have be find a new bank.

I don't plan to move my account unless the new owners add too many hidden fees. I like local banks, more funds remain local.

It's a federally chartered bank that is owned by local investors.
