Not surprised. I've tried Jack Flaps about 5 times and didn't think much of the place. Seymour has too many great restaurants to have to eat at second best places.

The sign out front has been changed to Wilies! One of the best restaurants in Sevier or Knox County. Looking forward to opening day!
