Why has this been going on for months?
What if this story had children instead of cats???
You bet the authorities would be IN THE HOUSE!
All the authorities in SEYMOUR are clueless!!!
NO there's not 8 cats!!! There are MANY MORE!!!
If you can smell urine from the street something is wrong!!!
TAKE CHARGE SEYMOUR town officals!!!
These people should be arrested!!!

Really what difference does it make if he actually stilled lived there the house would be just as hot for the cats and for him or any children living there. So what really changes here. If he stops by each day and feeds and waters them what is he doing any different then when he was living there? Other then petting them?

Sounds like a bunch of busybody neighbors. If the bank owns the property and the guy is a tenant, then shouldn't the bank be allowed to enter the house with advance notice to the tenant?

Uhm, maybe opening the windows for his own comfort and uhm, maybe cleaning up the feces and urine that CAN BE SMELLLED FROM THE STREET??!?!?! Maybe that's what would be different?? To clarify the house is filled with feces, urine and cats. Combine that with 100 degree weather and shut windows. So, if you think that sounds so nice, maybe you want to move in? I think I know a bank that will let you get a good deal on it!

Why doesn't someone just go into the house! Just break a few windows or break the door open so the cats can defend for themselves.

a little insight for you:
you don't actually know this person, i do. these people are liars, they can't even take care of themsleves let alone these cats.
another thing, he said these cats are in the basement, another lie, if you look at the video i am about to show you, you will see the cats in the living room window looking out at the camera crew.
the basement is detroyed for i have been there and seen it bc the owner himself destroyed it to take the copper out of these walls in there, for money, as they are dirt cheap. they cannot even provide for themselves. they will sell anything for money, including the kittens of these cats.
they have moved and now have alot of cats and kittens at their new address, i strongly feel someone should do something about it.

the house was never owned by icole davis, it was originally owned by her mother, who is deceased, and the property was originally supposedly left to the estate person to her mother's will, and the now said owner, who got the mortgage through "fannie ma", how she even got that loan is beyond me. she can't even provide for herself or her husband and they need to give all of their cats up.

they are no longer living there, they are living in another town, with more cats in their apt. i myself have told them give them up, instead of doing this she sells the kittens, i am no longer friends with the person due to her way of treating animals, i find it appaulling.

People have outdoor cats all of the time. My friend's cats are outdoors all day. If the man feeds them, there is absolutely no difference between them and outdoor cats.

I AGREE WITH YOU 1000000%%%%%%%%% I HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOUSE- THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH LITTER BOXES FOR THESE CATS, AND THE REASON HE WONT LET ANYONE INSIDE IS BC THEY LET THESE CATS CRAP AND PEE ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE KITCHEN SINK AND THEIR BATHROOM. IT IS DISGUSTING, THEY KNOW NO OTHER WAY OF PROVIDING FOR THEMSLEVES BUT TO KEEP LETTING THEIR CATS HAVE BABIES, AND THEN NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM OR THE CATS, SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. AND QUICK

Duh, not everyone has an a/c.

Chances are good that people who are getting their home foreclosed on aren't paying for central air.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Leo

There's an erratic quality to the day, thanks to the Full Moon in emotional Cancer, combined with a lunar eclipse. Loved ones are likely to behave in ways you hadn't counted on. The only way to cope with this is to be as flexible as possible. Someone might change an arrangement at the eleventh hour so you have to think on your feet, or others may be determined to do their own thing even though it doesn't suit you. Get any arguments out of the way quickly so you can enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations with a glad heart.
