Money talks and so does Jim Miron's campaign debt

Jim Miron, Stratford's first and former mayor, raked in $98,932.72 last year from his supporters. His campaign committee spent money on consultants, direct marketing and printing, from campaign literature to lawn signs. And when it was over, Miron's campaign committee was $31,468.30 in debt.

It's unclear when or how Miron's committee will repay the vendors the campaign has stiffed. That's because campaign committees are not like regular debtors. And Miron has no personal liability for his campaign's deficit ...

maybe the businesses he stiffed should go after him the way the grave stone families wen after his daddy. to say he is not responsible is ridiculous, someone had to have an authorization to place the order-so that is who they should go after.
of course he will go after public financing, both he and his daddy need a boat load of money to pay people back.

jim miron should NOT be representative of anyone- he can't manage his own finances, he couldn't manage the town's, why in the name of hell would ANYONE want in involved with the state??????

look forward to reading about the larceny charges against him...such a deserving and fitting move.

I agree with this and brought this to light why did Blummie let this man slide for so long then campaign time comes..time for court..too coincidental? McMahon although a "nice lady is a ding a ling..not qualified and clueless. Leaving Peter Schiff who had someone listened to him since 2001 we probably would not be in this economic mess..Look up on Youtube

Jim Miron for Senate We need to work as a State to create more jobs and create opportunities to grow emerging areas such bio-tech, alternate energy, green building and entertainment. In the meantime at least 2.5 million Americans who lost thier jobless benefits can eat and feed their families.

Suppost Jim Miron! I do !!!!!

Stratford was a much better LEADER then Harkins. Everyone would rather have a leader that at least made decisions , even if you didn't always agree, rather then a puppet for republican power people in town

Jim's adult life has been dedicated to public service.

He is a proud and decorated veteran of the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Infantry Division. In addition to stateside posts he also served overseas in the Republic of Korea.

Jim has worked in state government in both the executive and judicial branches.

In 1994 Jim Miron started and built a successful business from scratch whose purpose was to advocate for people.
