This guy sells large amounts of pot and gets his wrist slapped. Many people serve a lot more time for doing a lot less. Why even bother enforcing the law. Let him keep selling pot to the kids. I can only imagine how much that sting operation cost the taxpayers. Need the Feds to charge him with tax evasion on all his pot profits.

"The former owner of a Severna Park gas station who was arrested in April for selling large amounts of marijuana out of a back room was sentenced last month to two days in jail - time he had already served.

Arthur Paul Gonsalves, 53, who owned the McKinsey Shell Station at 601 Ritchie Highway until shortly after his arrest, was allowed to walk out of the county Circuit Court on July 17 a free man. He is required only to report his activities to a probation agent for the next three years.

The sentence - handed down by Circuit Court Judge Paul A. Hackner - comes a little more than three months after county police raided Gonsalves' business and seized more than 3 pounds of marijuana with a street value of about $29,000"

I am watching this women's chaing gang in Phoenix show. One lady is on this brutal chaing gang for 3 months just for possession of some pot. Meanwhile, our Sunoco drug seller with 29 pounds of pot gets 2 days.

This is American justice.
