Has anyone else noticed that Diego's next to the donut shack has seemed to have been closed for over a week now. There phone rings but no one answers.

I went to go eat there a few days ago and the door was locked. No closed sign. Looked a little messy inside; stuff on the floor. Very strange.

Why did it close? And why so sudden? Seems like the business could have been sold as a turn-key operation. I always thought the CA burrito they sold was odd - had french fries and no guacamole. I lived in CA for 7 years and never came across such a burrito.

It closed cuz my aunt fell ill and could not run it any longer. As far as the burrito goes, it used to have guac in it don't know why they changed it. I am sorry if you were disappointed.

Sorry to hear about your Aunt. She was a nice lady. The enchiladas and salsa were excellent.

The new place is called Chris' and it is fantastic. They have Mexican, Salvadorian and American food. I have been 4 times and haven't been disappointed!

I did eat at Chris'. Had a burrito, very authentic to the good burritos I've had in CA - much better than the Chipotle that just opened, and I have to admit it was better than that of Diegos.

Wish their breakfast prices were a little lower, then I would try breakfast.
