Police arrest additional 22 people in retail crime ring

The West York Borough Police Department have charged an additional 22 people for their involvement in a major organized crime ring, in which James Giuffrida of West York was the ring-leader, and one of the total 133 people arrested in the case originating in March.

Wow...way to go West York PD. Keep setting the standard for all other departments to follow. I wish some of those other departments would get their acts together and go out and catch criminals like the bulldogs do. So glad we didn't get stuck with York City or Northern Regional to provide us protection. That would have been a huge mistake.
