You gotta be kidding. That cop was as guilty as sin. Are you telling me she might show up again as a cop? Something is wrong with the system, that's for sure. At least she's not there to harass the citizens of West York no more. What's kind of court system do we have, where the guilty get away with crimes, just on account of being a minority or whatever. It just ain't right!

Here's another case that is not [email protected]
Civil case No. 2011-FC-000338-15
Husband abuses wife and children and had everykind of weapon including assult rifels.
Husband goes to jail after beating wife and kids, wife files for PFA with weapons relinquishment.
It was served on March 1st 2011 and the Husband signed a sworn affidavit claiming he had no weapons to surrender.
Then a month later he get's Attorney Hobbs to allege to the Court he did infact have those weapons during the time he was ordered not to have thm and alleges th victim/Wife stole the weapons during the time of the PFA.(RE: petition for disapation of non-marital assets.
Here's the real kicker it was brought before JUDGE KELLEY who at that time just had a PFA entered against himself.
Who would ever think you'd have to do a backround check on a judge to ensure a fair decision cause this judge and corrupt lawyer socked it to the victim who still is fighting this.
That's the system for you every one knows yet they pretend not to care till they are the ones getting screwed.
I will say one thing for Judge Kelley just because he was accused doesn't mean it happened however, if you have a PFA against you as a judge one woul think a Judge in that circumstance would hear a case involving PFA.
I also know Attorney Hobbs had a pattern of presenting PFA cases to Judge Kelley during the tim Judge had PFA.
Does anyone think that's right?

It get's better husband than made a claim on a hmeowners policy for a home he doesn't own and submitted the above mentioned weapons as part of the theft claim on the bogus and fraudulant policy.
So the Insurance Company now has a pending judgment @yorkcountypa.gov civil search No. 2012-SU-000641-44 a declaratory judgment with a fraud clause.
This case is like a real live soap drama.
It get's more and more twisted in time.
It's still all pending but the jerk husband is still free and frauding
