McKeesport City Solicitor Elash that ignored request from the newspaper has 2 DUI counts. He is friends with the senator Brewster the judge found against. He postponed the 2x DUI case for over a year. BAC hospital test results yielded highest alchohol blood level content.

The next hearing is in Pittsburgh, Court Of Common Pleas. March 4, 2013 at 8:30am. Judge Barkowski. Court Room 514

He crashed and totaled his white Cadillac SUV into a building in McKeesport. Long Run Road last year! Still no punishment, more postponements from McKeesport senator favors? Favors are suspect. What would a normal joe get for 2 DUI's? Not McKeesport special treatment?

Seems 2 DUI counts aren't serious if city connections with McKeesport or senator Brewster.

The McKeesport solicitor who was badly hurt in a car crash following the mayor's inaugural ball declined comment today after being charged Friday with driving under the influence in connection with the accident.

John Jason Elash, 40, also faces summary offenses of speeding and driving without financial responsibility in connection with the crash, which occurred Jan. 22.

And with the Kelo decision, a businessperson can seize your home via the courts under the perversion of the eminent domain to raise the tax base.

That one went to the SCOTUS and they sucked on their decision by basically "Who are we to decide what happens at the local (town, not state) level?"

It's especially infuriating since that business venture failed. People forced to move and the town didn't see the waterfront improvements to see increased revenue.
