Hey, chief Bean, Read up on Pa. gun laws.....

Hey Officer Nolan, Read up on Pa. gun laws, and de-program what the academy programmed into your tiny brain. LTCF holders are NOT a threat to LEO.

The SWYPD, needs to purge the liars they have on staff, also........

Sammit, you may be the moron being you don't know the point here. The driver of the vehicle in the accident has a carry permit and had a firearm in the vehicle which she disclosed to the EMTs for their safety. She requested the gun be turned over to her husband who came to the scene of the accident. SW Police refused to turn it over and instead confiscated the gun, saying they didn't know who it was registered to. There is no firearm registration in the State of PA.

Do we 'have a need to know' this information on this particular accident?
