Finally someone who realizes what a piece od trash Joe Dobbs really is! Now if the rest of the citizens in Seven Points would realize the same. Bring back Gerald Taylor there was less drama with the City then hahahahahahahaha! Guess Mike is hitting it right since Joe keeps letting him keep his job.

The sad thing is not only does Mike get to keep his job he gets to still pick up a paycheck from the city and sit at home. Oh, wait is it true that he is also working in Dallas? The three good police officers that's just not right hiring them!! Who know's what's next maybe try to bring in a police officer buddy of their's that being investigated, also.lol

I can't believe we have three wonderful officers I think something should be done to bring them back to where they belong!

Have you ever heard of punitive action? I heard one of the fired officers is now being ivestagated by the D.A. for putting a childs life in danger. You are right, Joe could have fired Mike while on admin time. Then Mike would own the City!! There is no worries about the Officers fired. That one fat F*ck has no much crap on him it is not funny.

This is pathetic, so, this James, running for council... is what the city has to look forward to? Its sorry the city had to lose three great officers that we could actually trust. Is it because the mayor's boyfriend has to sit at home because he couldn't be trusted by the citizens. It must be something pretty bad for several external agencies go forward with an investigation. I'm sure they wouldn't waste their time and money if it wasn't worth it.

Well like I said Joe Dobbs is just trash and the city is never going to change. Its gonna be one piece of trash after another running it if the citizens dont step up and realize the situation. I feel sorry for the citizens of Seven Points. Dobbs always makes it look like he is the victim when in actuality he is just as much part of the problem. I still believe that there former Chiefs of Police Meadows and McConahay should have drug him and that city through court for as long as they could just to make his life hell! And you know he was wrong in the terminations i mean he paid settlements out of court just to keep himself from looking like a douche bag. Come people you dont pay settlements if your in the right you pay em when you f#$% up. And I hope the three officers who were just terminated sue him and the city for all they got then maybe the citizens will realize what he is doing. You cant just do whatever you want and s#$% on your employees. I could go on for hours about this subject but I wont cause he will continue to be white trash and a f#$% up, maybe he"ll end up in the jail with his little lover Mike and the citizens can move ahead and hopefully onto better city administration.

I noticed in his news conference the other day that Dobbs is now calling the Police Department and not the Dept. of Public Safety??? So what about the employees that went to Fire Schools and the city General Fund paid their salary. The Fire Department is self incorporated with their budget and funds and the city has a budget (not to be mixed such a paying for Fire Dept. use) By the way I wonder how many people know that the money they donate at the red light goes for lunches and dinners for their whole families.

LESS DRAMA? Please, Gerald firing several police chiefs because they would not break the law for them. Gerald hiring his neighbor/tenant as judge.... just to keep his fingers in everything. Gerald throwing cheese at city council meetings? Gerald being CONVICTED for abusing his office? You must be smoking crack. If you don't live here, why are you even commenting?

Debbie, it is funny how the fire departments response times have gone down considerably. The department used to have 8 members (before Joe), now it has 25---AND A WAITING LIST TO GET ON. The department has new equipment that was desperately needed. All the crap trucks that the department used to have were bought used/wore out from Gerald at inflated prices. Come to think of it, all the department bills are paid as well. Joe has brought in over $100 THOUSAND dollars in grant money. That ought to make up for some of it that you stole.

By the way, I heard that you were there with the old fire chief, counting the money collected at the corner in his den. Joe would NEVER allow that. All the money is counted in the council chambers, by MULTIPLE members on camera. Funny thing is, even in this deep recession, Joe collects about $3,000, vs. the "$800" that was collected by the department when you/the old chief was around. That is a HUGE difference. How much were you skimming off the top???

Also, the department only feeds its members 2x a year. That is the least the department can do for members who VOLUNTEER (note, the word is volunteer, not steal).

Hey Debbie, arent you also overseeing the Ladies Auxillary that provides NO support (well, you pay Bubba/Geralds cell phone) to the department. Isn't that against the law?

Mike Tayem is the best thing that has happened for that department. He puts in 60+ hours a week, writes grants for the department and has made officers accountable for their actions. The fat F*ck that was fired deserved to be fired. He was letting his friends go instead of arresting them, then, trying to turn Mike in for bull$hit stuff to cover his tracks after Mike found out and reported him. Mike has said "Let them investigate me, Im not scared. They will realise its a big bunch of crap and look stupid for listening to Raymond."

Once again, if you are going to talk about someone or something worth reading YOU MUST USE YOUR NAME. Once again does the city have a Seven Points Police Department or a DPS? JOE, you can't have it both ways. Best regards. Debbie

Well Debbie you should know when something is corrupt or not. Because you were a party to it for years. Oh I,m sorry,.You and all of your buddies were and are as crooked as sin.All of you are just upset that all of you got caught. I think its a crime that you and one of our former city council members had an affair, who you ask ? Former City Councilman Dean Moore, oh and yes he was married at the time. I know for a fact that you let people slide on lots of stuff, like permits and all because of who they were related to and so forth. All of the former people in office were corrupt, and are still . And our New Mayor is not perfect, he is human. Just like the rest of us.But he does learn from his mistakes. As for his partner Mike. First he is a grown man, free to make his own choices, wrong or right. But all of you treat Mike and Joe like some horrible disease. They both have more compassion in their little fingers for the people of Seven Points, than all of you have ever had for anyone,,,,,,,,THEY CARE. And I always wondered why everyone called you a little pig face . Because you have had your nose stuck up their rears for so long, it smushed your face in . So thats why your known as pig face.

It seems every conversation ends with what a great person Mike is. I thought he was suspended from the DPS which included being banned from all city and fire department activities. You stated that he made officers accountable, did you Peace Officers or Fire Department? Why isn't the Police Chief over the employees? You are so full of yourself, you even stub your nose to the DA, FBI and Rangers by calling them stupid. I heard from a person who was above you the last time you were here. You did not resign you were fired. It seem every department you do "all your good for" has a lot of clean up to do when you're fired. And you will be fired this time too. Unless, your partner the mayor accepts your resignation to make you look good.

Well, I don't know if it is true that Mike is no longer working for Seven Points DPS but if it is GREAT. Now if the city council can get Joe to understand that the meetings are City Council meetings not Joe Dobbs meetings. The law requires the mayor or who ever does the city council agendas must allow each council member to address in open session by inclulding agenda items as they want. So, city council stand up and take back your seats that you did not vacate. Nor does the Mayor have the legal authority to remove an elected official. The community needs to understand that as long as Joe doesn't allow any council members to place items on the agenda, Joe stays in control. It's time to take back our city. NOW!!!

State laws says they did vacate their seats. That is why they did not take it to court. Joe did not remove them, they removed themselves. The law does not allow them to place things on the agenda. Local protcal does that. Gerald never put anything on the agenda he did not want.
