Christopher, Sesser, Zeigler, Royalton, Coello, and Buckner all pay monthly into Central Dispatch to cover the bills of the system. The only problem here is the monies were paid in but the bills were not paid and the system is out of money. Where is the money? Mayor Bartolotti says there may have been some incompentance, Mayor Mitchell (Zeigler) dances around. Do you see these guys have the corner of the rug up? Mitchell is holding the corner of the rug while Bartolotti has broom in hand. Come on guys this is your little fifedom and you hired everyone of the emploees and gave them the checkbook. How about some accountability from you two and less buck passing!

According to the Southern Illinoisan Central Dispatch owes "hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid bills" Zeigler Mayor Dennis Mitchell says he doesn't think anybody took the money. After 6 months investigation neither he nor Christopher Mary Gary Bartolotti can explain where the money went. This agency has a budget of $200,000 a year, how long does it take to count that? Come on guys. According to the article Sesser is thinking of pulling out, they may be the smartest ones of the whole bunch.
