A lot of talk in town and on the news about the mayoral election. Was suprised to find nothing on here about it. Whats your opinion?

you have a mayor with so much bad history.
you have a police chief that thinks hes better than you and everyone calls him barney fife.
sesser has become a joke.
i will vote for gary s. and hope he gets rid of the
police chief.
its very true most people hate to drive thru sesser because of the chief.
the police force other than the chief is great.
nice guys but they are forced to do things out of their charactor. in my humble oppinnion any older man caught or has sex with a 15 year old is a sex predator (if this is true_i read it on the web

I was born in Sesser and have lived here all my life. I remember when the roads were terrible and full of potholes. We now have great roads. We have a wonderful school system and a great library. We have great cops who patrol regularly and keep us safe. People are friendly.Our Main Street looks better than any town around. I could not ask for a better place to live. We have a very caring, devoted mayor and I was proud that I could go vote for him today.

If Ned Mitchell wins I am moving out of Sesser asap! I think they way things happen in Sesser is like a bad movie. But at least in the movies the bad guy usually gets put away!

Ned cant do the right thing..and stepping down is the right thing..... he is a sexual predator.... and has no business being there, I know who caught them together....i remember it like it was yesterday....and the guy who caught them together should be the police chief if Ned and Barney werent such crooks.... Ned can keep denying that the Aisha thing and her being underage never happened.. but as I said I know the guy that began that investigation and he is a stand up guy, is an ex Sesser cop when the dept. was decent and has tried to come back, but gee Barney doesnt want anybody to show him up and Ned doesnt want a real cop that knows what hes doing so they dont ask questons when he does something wrong.... oh by the way......why do you think PArker has been ruined since all of this crap happened with Ned? PArker was Aishas prom date the night her and Ned got caught together..... PArker even called the on duty cop that night and asked if they saw her.... and the cop said "ohhhh ya " he saw em all right, parked two blocks down from Neds house in the old abandoned house... also how about all of that abandonded vehicle stuff on the radio ? Anyone ever driven by Robs house ? hmmmmm blue Ford truck in the yard...expired tags ? how about practice what you preach ya ballbag !!! pack up and move Rob, youre a compulsive liar and you never practice what you preach. hmmmm Joe, why not grow a pair and report your claims to the attorney general....along with anybody else who isnt chicken..... how about the whistleblower act...has its own website even... provides protection against harassment.......oh but thats right, Ned hung out with the Governor two hours before he went to the opera house.......how much "contribution" money was given there ? money from yet another grant like the baseball fields.......the two other grants never used for main street ? you sheep really thnk this baseball field is going to be done in one month like Ned claimed ? pffffffffft ya right. aint no way thats gonna be done by the first game as he claims. wake up and smell the sewer plant, Ned was even against the new ball park...the parents are the ones who got that done and hes taking credit for it. just like everything else good thats happened in that town.

Lol Sue, you have no clue...Ned did not have anything to do with those streets being redone...the tax payers did...that was all done from tax money imposed from a fuel tax a few years after the home rule government went into effect...the people of that town need to wake up and research what a home rule government is......do you know in a home rule government the council is who should actually be running the city and not the mayor? he can even be vetoed more or less by the council, but those stoolies dont even know who the police commisioner is or even research it....or even know thier own rules and regulations... and make no attempt to read a book to figure it out..... anybody read the 2006 city municipality handbook ? try it sometime and get a clue, its only 35 dollars...

Sesser could be a good town if some of the old police force was there and things were done correctly. Just an FYI you don't have to be doing anything wrong in Sesser to get in trouble. If you have done something MR. MITCHELL don't like you will be pulled over for something. Or if you are seen talking to someone he dont like you are likely to be pulled over. Why don't you try it sometime!!!
Have you ever heard or know some of the things that go on in Sesser.I personally haven't done anything to have to worry about but have been wronged for no reason but to make a few extra bucks off me and who knows who else they have done it to.
