This man should of never gotten out of jail after he stabbed Chad. That was attempted murder. He should of been monitored with a device. To kick out a window of a police cruiser shows that he wasnt being watched too closely by police or K-9. for a man who is presumed dangerous. I hope he is caught and thrown back in prison for life.. He is too bad to have on our streets. I feel for his mother who always gets him out of jail.
